Opening with the staggering 40 (!!!) minutes spanning tune "Die Eisprinzessin" we're entering a timeless stream of washed out meandering Ambient beauty defined by a subtle ebb and flow of droning synths and ever so slight harmonic changes whereas "Der Eisprinz" presents an offering of what could be described as nothing short of a bleak and mind-numbing Desolation Ambient whiteout before the final cut "Der Eiskönig" pairs this overall bleakness with comforting, slightly more harmonic warmth and subdued low-end rumblings despite feeling even more minimalist and stripped down than its predecessor.
