baze.djunkiii was invited by German Goethe Institut to participate in the Portland, Oregon tour stop of their „Wunderbar Together Pop-Up Tour“ in October 2k19 - a part of a total of 13 months spanning celebration of German-American friendship filled to the brim with a vast array of cultural events, lectures and cultural exchange. As a representative of German electronic music culture
baze.djunkiii played a series of vinyl DJ-sets in this context, exclusively focusing on records and tracks produced by German producers and / or released by German labels. This mix is an excerpt and celebration of the music played in Portland, an essence of and a glimpse on underground electronic music that came straight outta Germany over the course of the past 20+ years.
