Meandering in between acoustic AltCountry, bluesy campfire feel, Americana and intimate Folk all nine songs to be found on this longplay piece are breathing untamed wilderness and long lonely hacks to the fullest whilst the whole albums attitude combines an overall feel of hard work, yearning for adventure and general, genuine, fully authentic nostalgia coated by an undefined darkness - especially when it comes to the energetic "Organs On Demand" or the hellish "Lightning In My Chest" - that one doesn't find often in musical pieces reviewed on these pages. So if you're planning to explore musical realms beyond your usual tastes this might be an interesting start for sure.
